BroadStage Student Nights are offered three times per season with a primary focus on expanding access for historically underserved and underrepresented student populations. Each Student Night experience is crafted for a select cohort of 3–5 high schools and college students. These events provide an opportunity to step behind the curtain of the traditional theatre experience through:
- Getting Ready: Deepening the connection to the performance via Zoom sessions with artists or content experts.
- Artist Access: Meeting artists, before or after their show.
- Festival Atmosphere: Gathering to enjoy pre-show activities and treats with the general audience.

Participation
Educators will work with BroadStage’s Activations team to arrange the purchase of tickets and coordinate details.
Discounted tickets will be available for 10 - 40 students.
Educators interested in organizing a Student Night are invited to reach out to activations@broadstage.org.
Selection is based on availability.
More Student Access
- Student RUSH Tickets: Available in-person at the Box Office starting one hour prior to showtime, subject to availability (limit 2 tickets per valid ID). Valid student ID with proof of current enrollment or an expiration date required.
- Santa Monica College Students: $10 tickets.
- Full-Time College Students, SMC Emeritus, and High School Students: $20 tickets (subject to relevant processing fees).
- Group Experiences: General group discounts are available for parties of 10 or more. For more information or to bring a group to a standard performance, please complete our group interest form.
