You are invited to the hottest new jazz scene in town! Once a month, across the entire season, The Edye will be transformed into a club scene featuring up-and-coming jazz & blues artists you’ll want to get to know. The Reverend Shawn Amos and the house band to perform at select blackbox @ the edye shows.


The varied career of multi-talented vocalist Billy Valentine has led him to collaborations with such greats as Will Jennings, The Neville Brothers and Ray Charles. Billy began his professional career as a solo artist opening for such luminaries as Donny Hathaway and Roberta Flack in the 1970s. As a musical artist, Billy feels he has been most profoundly influenced by the soulful talents of Otis Redding, Nat King Cole and Carmen MacRae. He also was the songwriter and vocalist for the hit television shows Sons of Anarchy and Boston Legal.
